We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess superior organizational skills, pay attention to detail, and possess excellent communications skills. The candidate will ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts under their supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process Manual Rent Deposits.• Process and review tenant payments online and lockbox via YARDI.• Process Tenant Security and Accounting Deposits.• Review New Leases and HAP contracts.• Calculate unit damages determined by the Superintendents.• Process late charges and monthly posting to tenant account.• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.• Handle escrow security & alteration deposits and refunds.• Perform account reconciliations.• Review transaction and unpaid charge reports.• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.• Initiate and discontinue any non-pay legal cases.
